Your Chinese Elemental Profile will determine your elemental type according to traditional Chinese medicine. Elemental analysis represents in poetic form, the strengths and weaknesses of an individual’s response to the world, as well as the ways that disease or disharmony arise in one’s body, mind or spirit.
Developed around 400 BC, each of these elemental types is named metaphorically after five elements of nature: Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water. Different elemental types are prone to different kinds of disharmonies and health conditions, reflected as "excess" or "deficiency."
Because humans are so adaptable, both your elemental makeup and any imbalances can change with time. You might be Wood/Earth today and Wood/Fire in 6 months. By understanding your current elemental type, you can discover a roadmap to a healthier and more vibrant life.
Your responses to this assessment will allow us to explain your current elemental makeup and offer specific suggestions to bring it into optimal balance. |
